Bohol dive Sites

Something For Everyone

There are thousands of islands in the Phippines and Bohol Island features some of the top diving in the region.
The dive sites are famous for their stunning coral reefs, giant sea turtles, tiny little critters, schools of fish and other wonderful surprises.

The diving takes place from Panglao which forms part of the Bohol province. The island is connected to mainland by bridge and is just a 2 hour ferry from Cebu.

You can go on special day trips to Balicasag Island and Pamilican Island which are world famous marine sanctuaries. Or visit some of the varied topography around Panglao.

Daily Trips to Panglao and Special Trips to Balicasag Island & Pamilican Island

Panglao Diving Balicasag/Pamilican

Bohol/Panglao is surrounded by more than 15 local dive sites accessible from the shore or quick boat ride and then another dozen from nearby islands that can be done via day trips such as the Pamilican Day Trip or Balicasag Day Trip.

The dive sites are suitable for all levels from beginner Try Scuba Divers to the most Advanced Recreational and Tech Divers. You’ll see everything from schools of fish, small nudi branch’s, nemo clown fish, sting rays and the biggest turtles you can picture!

The most famous site and a diver favorite. Sloping reefs, soft corals, and huge schools of jackfish swirling around like a living silver vortex. If you came for turtles and left with a jackfish tornado selfie, you’ve done well.

A coral wall buzzing with anthias, nudibranchs, and turtles that seem totally unbothered by your camera. Great for both macro and wide-angle photography.

Aptly named. Steep walls, colorful sponges, and the occasional barracuda cruising by like a boss.

A vertical drop-off where the light filters through like stained glass. Perfect for a relaxed drift and a bit of underwater zen.
